They told me to call back in the morning.
My partner called for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service 2 mornings ago and we’re still waiting. When Your A/C component broke, we realized we needed to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C right away because we actually couldn’t breathe in our current home without AC. Apparently, it turns out we don’t have genuinely nice ventilation because the only room in which we have any real airflow is in the kitchen. Both of us can open the many windows and the wind blows right through there. The other existing windows in the current home are all on just one wall. This clearly does not allow for the air to flow through the room. Anyway, the local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company promised to come right on out to our current home by 10AM. It was early afternoon at that point, and we still didn’t have a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist on-site laboring on our air conditioner. I was going to call again, however suddenly our partner told me that maybe it took longer for him to properly fix someone else’s Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. That made loads of sense however for some reason I was thinking that no one was going to ever show up. When it came time for bed and no one had yet arrived, I finally called the emergency line. I told them about our missed appointment that morning and that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech had not arrived on the site. They told me to call back in the morning. When I made the time and called back, I was livid. They told me that someone had mistakenly marked me as having already had the A/C tested and hold tight because someone would be at the current home within an hour. There was no service charge for the call, however only for the parts. I was cheerful to not having to spend money that high-priced service call fee.
